Return Policy
- To return or exchange any item(s) you purchased from Isadoras, please notify us within three (3) days of receipt.
- Return the item(s) within seven (7) days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. For an online return, we will email an insured return label.
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition - not damaged, modified, or worn.
- Store credit expires within 30 days.
For any exceptions to the above policy, please inquire.
Please Note:
- Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
- We do not process refunds for items damaged in shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier.
